I have just started weight lifting and i was told i should be taking supplements. There are so many, which ones should i be taking or do i even need them. I am basically looking to bulk up and gain muscle.

protein and a better diet to start with. From there then you can get into some of the other supplements.
If your diet isnt up to par and if you dont have a good lifting program it doesnt matter what supps you take.
