While protein bars are supposed to be a great health booster for seasoned body builders and serious athletes, not all of them are as good as they claim to be. Who has the Guts To Try This?
Everybody uses 3,4, even 5 or 6 exercises per bodypart. But do you know what exercise is doing what? And what if one exercise worked better than another? Would it make sense to do a less effective one? That's why I recommend doing a workout with just ONE exercise. For example, I've found that my biceps react best to curls laying back on a 45 degree incline bench. In fact, I like doing it STANDING while lying back on an incline bench. That always works...
