    HEY ALL. thanks for following. so excited about this

    First time drug user. Extremely excited!!!
    Drug as in steroid. I smoke a lot of weed, take plenty of caffeine n those are drugs haha but i mean steroids

    My natural growth has stagnated. haven't gained any muscle after a year of working out, n2slin, heavy protein, all kinds of **** blehhh. I've also done EVERYTHING to lose fat, morning cardio for an hour on empty stomach heart rate at 130bpm, 2400 calorie diet under 3J which didn't work at all (not likely to be 3J's fault, everyone else he's worked w experiences great results - led me to believe that I have a thyroid problem and burning fat is just difficult for me - my entire family is overweight so it could be hereditary?)

    SO - I'm 173lbs @ 26% body fat, or 25%, mid 20s body fat ....
    21 years young, LBM is 131-133lbs. I'm 5'5", little guy, chubby, nice arms though when flexed, but not the kind of body I'd reveal without a shirt. massive chest fat, saggy, embarrassing. I will admit tho, I look damn good with clothes on!!!!
    Goal = EXTREME FAT LOSS !!! I want to cut down ASAP, in the next 8 weeks I want to come down to 10% bodyfat. No interest in being under that as it's way too much work. BUT I also want to put on muscle. I know with a calorie deficit it is hard to maintain or put on muscle, which is why I'll be taking an oral anabolic recommended by Nathan Chase (and I trust what he says whole heartedly!!) -- Katanadrol.

    I spent 6 weeks on a 2400 calories diet, didn't lose anything, maybe 3lbs or so. my lifts did go up but my muscles feel the same size. fat loss can't notice a thing. So I'm cutting down to 2000 calories, 50%P 40F 10C.
    I'm thinking,
    workout days - 2200 cals, 50%P, 30%F, 20%C
    rest days - 2000 cals, 50%P (250G) 40%F (90F) 10%C (50C)
    Plan on doing cardio every morning, my workouts are short, 30-40 minutes including 10 mins stretching, usually 5 exercises, 3 compound and 2 isolation.

    HERE'S MY CYCLE!!!

    FOR FAT LOSS i'll be taking - eviscerate topical cream, alpha t2, n2burn, n2slin.
    Steroid will be - katanadrol, hcgenerate, maybe powerchews, and n2guard.
    PCT will be formastanzol, forged steel, attack, and bridge.
    others - post workout waxy maize

    WEEKS 1-4
    -Eviscerate topical cream rubbed on belly (morning before cardio)
    -1 cap need2slin (morning before cardio)
    -2 caps n2burn (morning before cardio)
    -250mg KATANADROL (split throughout the day - for muscle building)
    -HC Generate (5 caps a day split throughout the day, i'll take this when i take katanadrol)
    -N2Guard
    -power chews (or should i save for PCT??)

    PCT
    WEEKS 5-8
    -eviscerate topical cream rubbed on belly (morning before cardio)
    -1 cap need2slin (before morning cardio)
    -2 caps n2burn (morning before cardio)
    -forged steel 1cap am 1cap pm
    -forma stanzol 5pumps am 5pumps pm
    -powerchews (dosage unknown)
    -Attack pre workout
    -bridge (1 cap 3x/day)

    WEEKS 9-12
    -bridge



    NATE recommended this to me. I know 250mg of Katana seems low from what i've reading but I trust in what he says. It's also my FIRST time doing roids. so excited for this

    i do get random dizzy spells and lightheadedness. scared that all these stimulants may contribute? everyday about 2 hours after rubbing Eviscerate (i've been using it last 5 days) i feel dizziness, light headedness, giddiness, etc. for about an hour. difficult to tolerate, i PANIC. almost like a BAD high out of a bong or something. but i'm getting thru it.

    will upload PICTURES tomorrow, and the DIET i've been having.

    OH here's a little background. so from age 15, worked out, followed powerlifting routine, got HUGE, had 17 inch arms, deadlift in the 350s, for my age it was very impressive. i was not following a diet, just eating lots of everything.

    at age 17, became vegetarian. dropped from 190lbs to 135lbs. stopped eating meat, lost ALL my muscle, and a little fat, but didn't care as I liked being small, fit into tight clothes, XS shirts, etc.

    then became VEGAN. as a vegan, gained lots of fat. became puny deflated and FAT lol. i felt great, health was awesome, not sick for an entire year, but became fat.

    start working out again, but my gains have stopped. i feel like my natural growth is over. i'm 21, not getting stronger, not getting leaner. diet has been on par.
    I FOLLOWED 3J'S DIET AND IT DID NOTHING FOR ME! I'm trying to say - my body is stubborn and refuses to change!! 3Js diets work for the WHOLE world, and didn't work for me. so it's nothing he did, but my body is just unresponsive.

    that's why i'm looking forward to gear. looking to drop all of my body fat, get ripped, and put on muscle, increase my lifts.

    Thanks man !!!

    Fat loss is the main priority. I'd like to be able to SEE my abs, see my side delts, etc.
    I just hate having tits LOL

    n I would like to put on about 10lbs of muscle, i'm actually pretty weak, 130-133 lean body mass is NOTHING. aside from my arms and chest, i don't have a developed chest at all, i barely look like i workout, it's frustrating. in clothes i look damn good, the second they come off i feel like **** loll.
    i kno with this calorie deficit, at 2000, i can risk losing muscle if i'm natural. but i have very little muscle to lose lol, AND I KNOW i lose it quickly, just a few weeks into being vegetarian I was down 20 lbs, all muscle.
    even with morning cardio on BCAAS, 250g of protein a day, 2200 calories a day, i still feel weaker in the gym. so i know my body is NOT resilient when it comes to keeping muscle. hoping to put on 10-12 lbs of muscle. i think it's doable. i'm just scared of staying on task because my social life demands me going out n partying n getting wasted on fridays n saturdays, and off course sunday morning hangover remedy. i'm on a dance team so we travel around and have to go to parties and stuff. i'll try to stay away as much as possible i really don't want to drink on cycle, gona tell my friends i'm on antibiotics haha

    OH !!! HERE'S THE THING! I forgot to mention this lol. i can't start for about 5 days because i'm on antibiotics. amox. i still have to order the katana and hcgen. maybe GEAR so i can take before cardio. will order em tomorrow. but have to wait 5-7 days bc of antibiotics. just wanted to get this log started early!

    Are you going to be eating every 3 hours everyday or do the Lean Gains / IF Protocol diet? Just as a suggestion, On non training days you could drop your calories down to say 1800 and still be ok. Try to keep you carb intake around 50 grams for the day. I know exactly what you are going through. Check out my log and you will see what I mean. I will be watching and if there is anything I can do to assist just ask.

    Bro, here are some words of advise, don't put your hands in your pants at all after applying the eviscerate. The stuff is sweet but can be pretty irritable.

    Thanks man, I was really trying to assess how many calories I need, and I have no idea. will play around with them and see

    Not really following a diet protocol, just counting my calories in a notebook - 10 eggs n feta chz cooked in olive oil after morning treadmill, followed by chicken breast cooked in olive oil w an orange or salad every two hours, oats n chicken or eggs before working out, banana n grape juice n whey/beef protein post workout, sometimes top round steak before bed or just chicken and raw eggs

    just worried the cycle would be a waste if i cut my calories TOO much u kno ?

    WHAT do you guys think ? I'm 21, 5'5", lbm is 133, bf 25% - is 2000 calories a good amount for recomp?

    Just want to say THANKS TO ALL for watching and replying and encouraging.

    SO BAD NEWS - I still have to put this off for at least a week.

    A few weeks ago, I was having insane dizzy spells, disequilibrium, it was quite terrifying. i was soon diagnosed with labyrinthitis. an inner ear infection that causes vertigo, anxiety, all kinds of truly TERRIFYING sensations. it's essentially a long lasting BAD high. can't think, can't focus, just days of panicking.

    well the symptoms have gone BUT i still have blocked ears so i still do have residue of an ear infection, been on AMOX for 2 weeks. finished today. BUT i have to see an ENT tomorrow or day after to assess what's going on in my ear. it's still blocked and painful.
    I'll prolly be put on meds, and then have to postpone this all over again =(
    will keep you all updated!

    so far here's what i've been doing - during the weekdays, eviscerate and cardio in the morning for 40mins to an hour, heart rate at steady 130bpm, empty stomach. immediately after - fat and protein. and then throughout the day, protein/carb and later on protein/fat meals. weight is the same BECAUSE - i've been cheating a lot. thursday i ate hash brownies, a bit TOO much, about half a batch which was cooked with 7 grams of cannabis. had a bad high, panicked for hours, so i ate **** for comfort foods. fri n sat i went on a drinking binge.

    just trying to get this out of my system BECAUSE - come cycle time, i don't want to be drinking.

    anyway, weight is a steady 174, had a kick ass workout today, will log it tomorrow!

    Thanks man I really appreciate that !!!! I'm always aspiring to have good longterm health, to the point where I became vegan because I saw examples of how good it can be for longevity, there are videos of like 70 year old raw vegans who look 20 years younger.
    it's always good to see people involved w bodybuilding who are concerned w longevity. so many weight lifters are only concerned about the short-term, the image of their body, etc.
    i have friends in the gym who cycle so much ****, don't eat healthy, no fruits or vegetables, BUT still somehow have a great OUTER body, but i know inside they are doing damage to their organs and cutting their lives shorter by the day. i even have friends who smoke after a workout lol which seems so redundant, but it goes to show their concerns of instant gratification and short-term goals.

    thanks for the support, really want to get my health in order, hopefully ENT will be able to figure out what's wrong and have a cure for it.

    cycle was a priority but you're right, HEALTH is number one priority !! Thanks!

    so figured i'd log and update anyway without starting the cycle. here's what i'm up to today. started my day LATE, got out of bed at like 130 i think. was up till 6am doing homework =(

    Today - chest sore from yesterday, bis sore, lower back sore (bc i arch my back, i feel my lower back muscles contracting when i bench)
    Eviscerate, black coffee 1 cup, 2 n2burn, bsn amino x - then took a dump - then cardio
    Cardio - Slow walk 30mins - heart rate at about 115-120, lower than usual bc, lower back soreness didn't want to do incline walk

    Meal 1 - post cardio (245pm) had a late start to my day lol
    -1 scoop TrueProtein whey mix
    -1 scoop Carnivor beef protein
    -3 raw jumbo eggs
    -mixed in 10oz water
    -1 cup raw salad (half n half - spring mix w baby spinach)

    Rest of the day: (haven't done this yet but just planning the day out)...

    Meal 2 - 4pm
    -10 large egg whites (not jumbo but large)
    -1 tblspn olive oil
    -feta cheese
    -half tomato n chopped onion
    -raw salad
    -1 orange

    Meal 3 -6pm
    1 Orange n salad n chicken (cooked in half tblspn olive oil)

    Meal 4 -8pm
    salad n chicken (cooked in half tblspn olive oil)

    Meal 5 -10pm
    Broccoli n chicken (cooked in half tblspn olive oil)

    Meal 6 -12pm
    Brocoli n 4oz top round steak cooked on foreman groll



    **will upload a diet LEGEND soon - it's a word document i put together that includes all of the foods i have at home, serving size etc, and the calories n macros of each. i use that to tally up calories throughout the day. Will upload shortly***


    also - i try to aim for RAW foods. i've seen all over, claims of the benefits of RAW foods, raw i.e. raw fruits raw veggies raw nuts. even raw eggs.
    i really like having fruits and veggies because they make me FEEL healthier. love love oranges, love bananas after working out. i HATE broccoli but i know it's good for health.
    i don't steam brocoli, i eat it raw. i cut a few pieces, throw in a blender w 8oz of water, and down it asap. tastes DISGUSTING, but again i've seen so many claims of the benefits of eating RAW foods. also helps me **** lol

    also - is anyone on steroidology? years ago when i was 15, i used to have a log in the journal section. never followed a strict diet, but workouts were compound lifts based. i'd workout 3x a week, focus on bench squats deadlifts, each workout was 30-40 minutes, 4 exercises, had amazing results. i logged every workout for a few months - there was a great community there n we all encouraged each other. but then we all drifted away and left. in fact i found out about NTBM products from steroidology.
    Now, the only people in the journal section i recognize are TMAN, and that's about it.
    anyway, i'll be logging there, by copying and pasting these posts onto ology, but i'll pay much more attention to this one since we're all in this together haha.

    WEDNESDAY APRIL 4th 2012 - No workout, still sore, no morning cardio, only evening sprints!

    SO HERE's what I did today
    Woke up extremely sore, worked out chest n bis two days ago. whole upper body is sore. delts, lats, lowerback, forearms, tris, chest, bis. Also short on time so I did no cardio.



    Up -- 8oz almond milk, 1 scoop TrueProtein, 3 spoons black coffee
    Rubbed Eviscerate, took a dump

    9jumbo eggs, cooked in 1tblspn olive oil, 2 srving feta chz
    then went to school

    1 orange, 1 carton red grapefruit juice, Half sandwich - philly cheese steak extra steak, on whole wheat hero scooped out (from a local deli by school - no chicken in cafeteria today)

    The other half of the sandwich, 1 orange

    5 jumbo eggs raw 4 white 1 whole, 2 scoops n2kts, Amino x in water

    Here's workout from day before yesterday evening

    *JUST a little anecdote - i don't really care about weights, i have no care for the amount of weights i do - not a weight lifter but a bodybuilder HAH - not trying to throw around weights, trying to focus on breaking the tissue - MIND-MUSCLE connection!!*

    Chest bis MON APRIL 2nd 2010
    Incline bench bb press (slow negatives, thrusting up. also trying to press upwards, towards above my forehead, to build UPPER chest)
    95.15, 135.8, 155.6, 165.3 STRAIGHT TO 135.3 STRAIGHT TO 95.5 SLOW REPS failure
    Light weights but felt the tissue ripping. used to incline in the mid 200s so looking forward to getting back up there.

    Decline bench press 185.6 slow reps, wide grip
    Incline db press 55.8 steep incline and pressing over forehead (trying to build upper chest)
    2 sets cable flies

    Dips bw+45 x6, straight to bw x5
    (straight to - meaning dropsets, throwing the weights off and working til failure)

    Preacher curl 85.10 n one set negatives
    Incline db curls w 10s, slow (laying on an incline bench, curling up slowly) - felt the blood in my arms, tissue ripping open

    Sauna 20mins


    AGAIN - quality over quantity - concern is to break the tissue open, and it WORKED - i am unbelievably sore, and had 300g protein yest and before.

    So I've received every NTBM product that i need, except Katanadrol, waiting on that.
    THANKS SOO MUCH TO SUPPLEMENT JUDGE FOR HELPING ME OUT WITH A DISCOUNT!!! I owe him MY BODY hahaha. And so much thanks to Nate for always helping me out n take the time to answer my elementary questions!!! You guys are awesome, really shows how much you all consider your customers FAMILY.

    So, my sickness has been so discouraging. I still can't start because my labyrinth is still infected. it's been causing dizziness, it got REALLY bad the other day, I had to BOMB myself with Meclizine (150mg) - which is pretty much like Heroin, numbs your entire body and makes you tired, i literally can't think or move on this stuff. But it helps the dizziness and anxiety and paranoia and disequillibrium go away.

    For the last five days, I haven't been doing cardio, no eviscerate, no n2burn, and I've been eating **** - comfort foods, they help the anxiety go away for sure.

    Wednesday I am going to the hospital to see an ENT again, let's see what he says. I need to know that my infections are completely gone and my medicines are DONE before i step into this.

    will upload pics tomorrow, completely forgot about them.

    i hate that these feelings of dizziness are not mental, there's no way to mentally calm yourself, they are just terrifying. i don't know if anybody here has had a BAD BAD high, where you feel dizzy, anxious, paranoid, heart rate increase, and you literally want to die so you stop feeling like you're being sucked out of your body. but, it's terrible. i can't wait for this **** to go away, time will heal it all =)

    2000 cals is not a whole lot. It would normally be someone's cutting calorie. But you are a very light individual... might be just right. Only time will tell really. Just stick to the plan for now

    ALLRIGHT!! Got the clear. No more medicines aside from nasal spray. i didn't ask the ENT if i could start up steroids bc, i'm sure he would've said NO

    But - no more meds, so i'm good to go. i feel great too. been having tons of vitamin c, raw foods, raw broccoli and raw cucumber. man raw foods really have some AMAZING healing properties.

    TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY WOOO!!!
    Taking Katana, Guard, HCGen, Alpha T2, N2slin, N2burn, eviscerate.

    Here's my day so far.
    ***EVERYTHING I WRITE IS IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER. Meaning, if i write BCAAS, then n2slin, then eggs, it means i consumed them in that exact order =) the order i log the pills in is the order i took them in ***

    MEAL 1 - woke up, lay in bed for an hour (didn't feel well rested, kept waking up at night to pee bc i had cucumber juice last night, a pretty fkn strong diuretic, works better than black coffee!!)
    20g whey in water
    1 hcgen, 1 katanadrol, 1 n2guard
    1 n2burn, 1 n2slin, 1 alpha t2
    eviscerate
    (i didn't want to OD on the stimulants and bug out, so for a few days i'm gona have 1n2burn and 1 alpha t2, maybe up to 2 in a few days)
    ...took a dump...

    CARDIO - 35 mins, heart rate 130bpm
    very slight burn feeling from eviscerate (i never really feel a burn, but I am using smolder, not the regular one)
    the stimulants hit me AFTER cardio - i feel a good energy rush, no paranoia
    i figured it's good to take too little alpha and n2burn and feel mild effects, than OD on them and feel jittery and bug out and rely on comfort foods to calm me down LOL (that's happened before so many times, especially with forged burner)

    Meal 2 - directly after cardio
    BCAAS (amino x), 1 n2slin
    9 raw XL eggs - 6 white, 3 whole

    FRIDAY APRIL 13th 2012 - DAY 2 of body recomp cycle
    Workout day

    Here was my workout:
    Workout - Front n side delts (traps still sore from back workout last week, rear delts still sore)
    i tried doing JASON HUH style training - will post in a little bit what it's all about. he finds the part of the exercise where the tension is highest, stretch is MOST tense, and has a short range of motion right there. he says the muscle is like a rubber band. to expand it, have to pull it apart, and not fully retract, but pull it to where it's tense, and keep in locked there with a short range of motion. imagine stretching a rubber band - you don't pull it apart, and bring it back to normal. you pull it apart to where it's tense, and keep it at that stretching point pulling it in and out in and out slightly, with a very short range of motion. it quickly becomes looser =)

    -Machine shldr press - trying jason huh reps constant tension short range of motion where there is most tension (towards the bottom or the start) 4 sets with 1-2 plates on each side, wasn't counting reps or weight, just working til failure
    -Side raises dumbells 3 sets

    Literally most intense workout of my life. Jason huh reps- finding the part of the movement where there's most contraction n tension, n stretching that out w a short range of motion. So for shldr press it was towards the bottom (towards the start) just pushing up slightly letting it drop n doin it over again, like trying to stretch out a balloon or rubberband.
    Side raises two sets were regular, branch warren style to the side, n last set was jason huh. Brought it up n held it up n led it wobble.
    FELT LIKE I GOT FKN SHOT IN THE SHOULDERS
    then did 10 mins light cardio, and 20 mins sauna.



    DIET

    MEAL 1 - breakfast / pre workout
    Up - 2 n2slin, 1 hcgen 1 ktdrol 1 alpha t2
    2 scoops n2kts
    Two pieces of garlic bread deliciousss
    6 xl raw eggs (or maybe 7 can't rememeber)
    Took a dump

    Workout one hour later

    After workout, 2 n2slin
    10 mins light cardio walk
    15 mins sauna
    Drive home eat

    MEAL 2 - POST WORKOUT
    Cucumber juice w emergen-C
    Banana
    followed by
    16oz fat free milk
    3 scoops of wm-hdp
    2 scoops beef pro
    1 scoop whey
    Blended - deliciousss
    2 hcgen, 2 ktdrol



    Meal 3 - 2n2slin
    Half cup oats, chckn breast n olive oil, 4 strawberries
    Then 4 caps n2guard



    Meal 4 -
    Xl eggs, 5 white 1 whole, cooked in half tblspn olice oil, 1 serving feta chz
    Fish oils (Salmon Oil pills - 3 pills)

    Meal 5
    6oz top round steak, little bit of feta chz on top - fat cooks out in the george foreman grill so i add a little bit of feta chz on top, like 1 tablespoon

    1 ktdrol 1hcgen

    THEN i went out. man. all of my best friends were at a sports bar getting hammered. i fought SO HARD to say no. to the point where at like 2am i messaged Nate on Facebook saying HEY MAN CAN I HAVE JUST ONE DRINK PLEASE lmaooo. sorry about that nate. anyway, i DID NOT have a drink. i was FORCED to take a few sips that were forced down my throat, totaled to about HALF a cocktail like 3-4oz of cocktail. the least i've ever drank on a Friday night. i was sooo fkn sober. was difficult. this is part of my journey! I'm on a dance team, so we have parties every weekend n get smashed. i kept telling everyone I'M ON ANTIBIOTICS I CAN'T DRINK!!! some of them are my smartass indian friends in pharmacology programs so they were asking me a million questions lmaooo

    After a few sips of liquor at club...

    Meal 6 - 4am
    Fish oils n shake (20whey 20beef almond milk n 1 xl egg) kept in my car in a TrueProtein shaker, n few pieces of lamb

    Diet coke at home cuz i was horny n frustrated from not being able to drink haha at 430am

    Notes - obvious increase in hormones, cuz i was horny ALL day
    -Bloated from evisc, bloated all over upper body can't fit into shirts, maybe bloat from n2slin too? fkn didn't fit into ANYTHING!!
    -Evisc residue on shirt, burns my nose n makes me sneeze
    -Don't have cucumber juice - made me **** green water like four times

    i knooo 2000 is very little, it ends up being 2100-2200 bc of hidden calories, like every packet of emergenC has 20 cals, etc.
    I tried a 3J diet which was 2400-2500 cals, all it did was make me put on fat, not even muscle. it was so depressing. 3j works for EVERYONE, and it didn't do anything to me =( my body is just rly stubborn, i'm genetically damned when it comes to bodybuilding.
    i'm hoping 2000 is a good amount, but lately even with a 2000 cal diet i'm not noticing ANY fat loss, or muscle gain. really nothing =(
    and thanks man, i'm 175, stuck at 175, but lbm is probably 132-135. the gym's bf tester is this stupid gameboy thing you hold up in the air, it says i have 12% body fat, but that's impossible, i kno i'm closer to 25-30% bf. will upload pics soon. so i think 2000 should be right for me, let's see how it works out. thanks man!

    Nothing to report. I'm pissed. Yest i was 175. today I'm 176. i don't understand why i'm NOT losing weight !!!!!!!!!!!!!
    it could be water retention and bloating from eviscerate ???? but i've been having crazy diuretics. mad black coffee, cucumber juice, ****ting all day. STILL no signs of loss. gota keep pushing and see what happens!!!

    SATURDAY APRIL 14th 2012 - DAY 3 of body recomp cycle
    rest day - cardio, no workout

    Yest - recovery day no workout
    Short day
    Slept at 6am woke up at 830am to drive friend home
    830 - 20g whey and fish oil
    9 am went back to sleep

    Slwpt til 2pm

    N2slin, alpha t2, coffee
    Treadmil 30 mins hr 125-130

    After - bcaas, shower, 8 jumbo eggs raw 6 white 2 whole
    Fish oils, 2 Hcgen, 2 ktdrol
    Eviscerate

    Beef burger
    20g whey
    Salad
    Alpha t2
    2 hcgen 2 ktdrol



    Chkcn breast cooked in olive oil

    Raw broccoli shake

    today - 176lbs, feeling bloated, no signs of improvement. today is my last day of spring break, back to the grind tomorrow, gona be tough keeping up with school but i got this !!!!!!

    Here's me so far

    How many carbs and helathy fats are you getting in a day? Raw eggs? Reminds me of the Rocky movie I watched yesterday, I would always play it safe and cook your eggs...wouldn't want salmonila (probably spelled it wrong) poisoning bro...then you would really be down for the count. It seems to me that you may be relying on the supplements too much? We need to figure out your diet and why your body os responding the way it is. You should be eating carbs in your first meal of the day, even if it is just a half cup of oats or.whole.grain toast dry. Have you researched Intermittent Fasting? It is where you fast for 16 hours in the day and then consume your daily calories in 8 hours? It may be the answer for you, but research it and see for yourself...I hate to see you put in all of the.hard work and dedication and be making mistakes that are keeping you from reaching your goals. You should be able to drop bodyfat, and get lean...you just need to figure out...carb cycling maybe? Just thinking out loud for you bro.

    Hey i hope you didnt get discouraged and stopped this log and cycle!

    Keep pushing!

    Look into various dieting programs, carb-backloading (personal favorite) IF/lean gains/ keto, carb cycling Paleo theres a bunch out there. one will surely cater to your needs. Im 5'5" 156-160, half white half filippino, so genetics are against me! Small frames, joints, insertions.. but im around 12-15% bf, carb-backloading has allowed me to lean out and still gain strength, granted you look flat until after your workout.

    basically, dont give up. Try not smoking and drinking during this 8-10weeks and watch the difference!

    HEY ALL !! THanks SOOOO much for all the replies, all the concerns and encouragement!! it means the world!!!

    i have been soooo overwhelmingly busy w school, haven't got a chance to come here.
    will update tomorrow with lotsss of info n details.
    slow changes but they are there. down to 170, muscles look slightly thicker. very very very slow progress but some progress is still progress =) been having lots more carbs, lots more vegetable juices and fruits, and multivitamins.

    hey all. sorry it's been so long since i posted. i'm in a phd program, it's year round work, work work work, not much sleep, more work, summer work. it's been overwhelming.
    sorry to let down all of you, and to let down supplement judge, i promised him i'd log every detail, but really couldn't because of all my work. i didn't know what i was getting into, as soon as i started my cycle, the work load tripled. it's been crazy ever since.

    i am disappointed in the results, not because of the products, ntbm has the finest quality products, but because of my body. my body refuses to change. it's so discouraging. months of dieting, cardio every morning, counting every single calorie, changing diets every 2 weeks, NOTHING has worked for me.

    the katanadrol kept me at 170lbs, no muscle gain, started hella drool, 50mg for a week then 75mg. my libido shut, until i threw in formastanzol, it came RIGHT back.
    unfortunately, i had to stop prematurely.
    it was 4 weeks of katanadrol.
    then 2 weeks of katanadrol 250mg, and helladrol 50mg then 75mg.
    i made sure i did everything properly. i drank LOTS of ALKALINE water along with RAW salads with each meal - to keep my body ALKALINE. also took cycle support twice a day. i had lots of raw vegetables. i did everything right. no sides at all.
    BUT, i have this sinus infection, and the sinus infection makes me CRAZY dizzy. so dizzy i can't handle it. for some reason, every time i took a cap of hella, the dizziness would get WORSE, and my head would feel more blocked. it has nothing to do with the steroids, but for some reason, every time i took a dose of hella, my sinus would get WORSE, more blocked, my ears would pop, dizziness and paranoia would spiral out of control. so i stopped. i THINK - i think it's because - sinus and thyroid are connected, and the roids did something w my thyroid.
    that said - i can't do anything to check my throid, or fix my sinus, because for the last 3 months i've been waiting for my ****ing insurance to activate.
    since i'm a broke phd student, i'm on medicaid. they take 3 months to renew. and while you wait, you can't do anything

    so in another week or two, i'll be able to check my thyroid to see if it's okay or not
    then i'll have a minor surgery done for my sinus, and in a fewm months when i'm 100%, will start up on hella again.

    till then - i'd like to thank you guys for following, thanks to nate for helping, thanks to supplement judge for the discount, AND
    i'm starting a KETO diet. i've tried everything BUT keto. and nothing has worked.
    will log my keto in a separate log!!! let's see how it goes
    and btw, i'm still feeling dizzy and unbalanced, as i'm writing this =(
