    Default Helladrol?

    Hey Guys I am on a cut diet right now and doing loads of cardio everyday so far I've lost 20 pounds and got about 60 more to reach my goal.
    I wanted to know what can I stack with Helladrol for especially to help in cutting some fat?Since I've done lots of PH cycles I was going to do a 6 weeker
    at 4 capsules a day 100mgs. and for PCT I am going to run Clomid and HCGenerate for 4 weeks.Also will take after cycle is over Total Body Purge which is great for liver health.

    You can run Need2Slin, Forged Burner and/or LipoStim2 (or 3). My personal favorite is the Forged Burner... but everyone is different. What does your diet look like? Are you finding yourself having a hard time not being hungry? Are you looking for more stimulants?

    Not sure why you're taking a PH for cutting fat? They're meant for gaining muscle or retaining muscle while cutting.
    The diet, cardio, and some otc supps like burner, like Mel mentioned, will help u to get to you goals.

    Forged Burner sounds good to me I think I will add this and also Need2Slin to my arsenal.Melaina I eat 4 meals a day something like this;
    Breakfast-2 Scoops of CNP's Propeptide and big bowl of Oatmeal.
    Lunch-About a half pound of organic beef with brown rice.
    Dinner-Half a pound of organic chicken with vegetables.
    Snack at night-2 Scoops of Propeptide and 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter.

    Since I keep my carbs low and my keep my glucose levels normal thru out the day I am never that hungry.
    Melaina I wanted to ask you if the Forged Burner gave you energy but not that wired out feeling I hate?Thanks Melaina!

    Hey Sweed sorry I really meant retaining muscle while cutting.Do you think since I am on a cut that Needto's Helladrol would add a bit of muscle?
    I always thought that one only gains muscle while increasing calories above your average.
    I forgot to mention that I started out doing 30 minutes of cardio(Incline Treadmill)and now I do anywhere from 45-60 minutes a night.
    And I lift balls to the walls always 3 times a week.Thanks Sweed much appreciated bro!

    You can make gains on a caloric deficit, I have while cutting, naturally and while on the shredder stack.
    If you are at your genetic max or very close you will retain the muscle. If you are a little ways off, you can gain some muscle. Really depends on diet/training/cardio etc. If its very low or your burning a crap load under what your takin in, then you probably won't make lbm gains, looks like your main focus is fat loss. With extreme cutting a PH, AS will help with retaining lbm. Just don't go so drastic with a super low diet and tons of cardio.
    What are your cals and do u know your macros?

    Calories is around 2,500
    Protein Daily-around 300 grams
    Carbs-around 150-200 grams
    Fats-Mainly 2 Tablespoons of Udo's Choice oil blend.

    I've lost 20 pounds so far and I havn't lost a bit of muscle which is great.
    I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and now I weigh around 260 and got 60 more to reach my goal.Thanks for your help bro much appreciated!
