Hi everyone, I've been reading the boards here and also on elite fitness for quiet some time and have to say the wealth of knowledge available is outstanding. I've done some research and am looking to do a 6 week cycle of Helladrol. This is what I have come up with so far.
Age - 23
Weight - 160
BF - 9-10% currently
Calories 3500 - Split 50/30/20
I have done 2 previous cycles and had some great gains but due to an injury I have had to take some time off. I am gifted to have good genetics and can maintain muscle mass even with not an on point diet. This said, here is what I have for the upcoming cycle.I am looking to put on good 10-15 lbs of sustainable muscle with little to no water retention. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Helladrol-1-6 - 50/75/75/75/100/100
HcGenerate - 1-6 - 3am/2pm
Forged Liver(already have) - 1-6 - 1am/1pm
Kril Oil - 1-6 - 1am/1pm
FormaStanz - 6-10- 5 pumps am/pm
Unleased/PostCycle- 6-10 - 3am/2pm
T-Force - 6-10 - 2am/2pm
