My arms are fuller, my legs and gluts are perking up and my tummy is really toning out! ;) I’m am Super IMPRESSED with this product! I am craving less and less which has helped improve my over all mood as well as my waist line lol I would fully recommend this  Stack! Researchers at Aachen University in Germany discovered this when they analysed the wastewater from two gyms in the town of Aachen. Fortunately amphetamines and the steroidsthat are popular right now are not a burden on the environment.<br />

The researchers in Aachen looked at substances used by chemical bodybuilders, and measured the amounts found on four occasions in the wastewater from two gyms. And bingo, they found large concentrations of boldenone, methyl testosterone, amphetamines en ephedrine – as well as diuretics like furosemide [Lasix] and hydrochlorothiazide<br />

The steroids and amphetamines were not found in the effluent from the wastewater treatment plants. They had been broken down. This had not happened to the diuretics.<br />

~I really must say This Stack is working great for me!!! The Alpha Princess Stack really is helping me kill those damn crap food cravings while helping pep me up for 2 rounds of killer workouts a day, which sisnt easy!!!  So far this product has worked the best out of any I have tried and that’s a lot haha ;)</div>

&amp; back workout yesterday two in fact and two cardio trips as well so all in all here is a break down of my 2 gym trips ::<br />
	11am: Dumbbell curls: 3 sets of 10 at 20lbs, pull ups 3 sets to failure, dumbbell kick backs-tri work out, 3 sets 10 15lbs then 3 sets 10 reps 10lbs, tri dips 3 set’s  to failure,  Over head military press 3 sets 10reps 45lbs, reveres grip pull ups 3 sets till failure,  cable pull ins 3 sets 10reps 45 lbs each arm (at the same time), lat pull downs 3 sets 10reps 45lbs,dumbbell kick backs 4 sets 12reps 15lbs … CARDIO Elliptical  50min level 10 and below 50% level 10!~<br />
<br />
	~4pm workout::::  bench press 4 sets 8reps 100lbs, overhead military press 3 sets 10reps 55lbs, pull ups and reveres pull ups both to failure, tri dips 3 sets to failure,  cable curl, 3 sets 10 reps 55lbs, dumbbell curls 3 sets 8 reps 25lbs, then 3 sets 10 reps 20lbs, dumbbell fly’s  3 sets 12reps 15lbs, dumbbell kick backs 4 sets 12reps 15lbs, shave the head 3 sets 10reps 20lbs, preacher curl 3 sets 8 reps 30lbs…. CARDIO cross trainer 30min level 12 and below 50% on level 12 ;) <br />

	Needless to say I had an abundance of energy to bust out two REALLY GREAT workouts, while I am sore today again (my legs still sore from Monday too haha) I know I really killed it so I am happy!! I must say my strength has improved immensely over this past week I am back to where I was b4 my show diet and then some!!!!~ I fully &amp; honestly believe it’s the Alpha Princess Stack  aiding my return to killer workouts ;) I feel better, stronger, and full of energy also I am already seeing a toner body THANK you needtobuildmuscle.com the creatine doesn’t make me blot and contains all 3 creatines in 1 easy to take pill!!!</div>

I’m SO Stoked; I am fully Energetic again thank you “Alpha Princess Stack“,  &amp; my “Ancient Strength“ Creatine (doesn’t make me blot like others have, and it contains 3 creatine’s in one pill!) Between the two I had power do a lil higher weight and MORE REPS! = better/faster results!!~. <br />
	~ In my 10am workout yesterday I did:::: Squats wide leg (Smith machine)10 sets of 5 reps @ 100lbs, Squats close stance 5 reps 10sets @ 85lbs, Calf raise‘s 5 sets 12reps @ 100lbs, lunges 10 sets 10reps weighted w/ 2 20lb dumbbell’s ;),  seated leg press 3 sets 10reps @200lbs, &amp; Leg extensions 3 sets 10reps @ 50lbs… then 55min Cardio :::Up  hill treadmill @ 15% incline 4.2mph for 80% of the workout then 6% Incline &amp; 3.5mpr for the remainder!! (plus 5min cool down on 0% incline 3mph)<br />
	~ 4pm weights only work out, Still Energy Packed &amp; full of Strength,  Squat rack-free weights: <br />
5 sets 10reps 85lbs, walking lunges, weighted with 2.. 15lb dumbbells full lenth of the gym x2, <br />
 Incline Sit ups 3 sets 12 reps weighted with 12lb ball, Back Extension 3 sets 12 reps weighted @ 25lbs. <br />
	~;- ) Ok so that would be day 5 of the “Alpha Princess Stack” &amp; “Ancient Strength”  Creatine use &amp;  I Honestly must say I am loving the results!  Further more I SEE the difference in each workout!!! That makes me excited to see the body results by week 2 and so on!!!! I must say I am sore today ….a good I worked my booty off sore!!! Now today it my Back, and Arm workout plus Cardio Class with Angie so be looking for tomorrows Blog ;) :tank:</div>

I am getting more energy and more power when I life!!! I have noticed that since I started this Friday, day by day I still have a lasting energy and I feel I can lift more and for more resp! Plus the annoying cravings I was getting daily seem to have Stopped thankfully!!!!!!!!! Now I call that working as the label stated!! Yay  I know after my 1st show I had a huge issue with cravings getting the better of me but since I started the 3 set Alpha Princess Stack last Friday there are gone thank goodness!! Its diet time again ;) I am doing Legs today and hitting the cardio hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</div>

Today’s my active rest day but tomorrow is my legs day and huge cardio day so I will let you all know how that goes ;) The Alpha Princess stack so far is my favorite of all I have taken and seems to have the most bang with the least side effect in fact have none so far no head ace no jitters no sleepless nights so A+ guys this one is a home run for sure!!! Next weekend I will get some progress pics up too!!</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Strength athletes who consume a small amount of easily absorbed carbohydrates during their training grow faster than athletes who don’t. In 2001, sports scientists at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles published the results of an experiment they did, which showed that as little as 40 g sugar had an effect.<br />
<br />
The researchers got 15 men aged between 18 and 25, all of whom did fitness regularly, to follow a 12-week training regime. The subjects went to the gym three times a week and trained their main muscle groups, doing bench-press, seated rows, shoulder-press, lat pull-downs, triceps extensions, biceps curls, leg-press, leg extensions and leg curls.<br />
<br />
The men did 3 sets of each exercise, using a weight at which they were just able to complete 10 reps. [75 percent of the 1RM] the subjects rested for 1 minute between reps, and for 2 minutes between the different exercises.<br />
<br />
Half of the men drank water during the training sessions. The other half were given a sports drink containing 6 percent sugars. The drink that was used was Gatorade, and the men drank 8.5 ml per kg bodyweight during the workout. The subjects also took a slug between exercises. For someone weighing 90 kg, it amounted to drinking 750 ml, 46 g sugars or 184 kcal.<br />
<br />
In an earlier experiment the researchers had got the men to train at four o’clock in the afternoon, four hours after their last meal. The cortisol level in the men who drank only water rose by almost 100 percent. In the men who drank Gatorade the rise was only 6 percent. <br />
<br />

			<title><![CDATA[My results of the DIESEL & EPISTRONG cycle.]]></title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><font color="DarkGreen"><font face="Arial">Well I am almost through with my post cycle recovery,I am stacking BRIDGE along with forged post cycle support.<br />
My cycle had a few bumps and hiccups in it,More on this in a bit!<br />
So the first 4 weeks I ran the diesel at 3 caps perday.<br />
Week 1 I noticied a slight change in workout pump,<br />
Week 2 I was able to gain I believe 2 lbs. as well as noticied improved recovery But,NO change in strength.<br />
Towards the end of week 2 a slight increase in reps.<br />
week 3 I crashed!BADLY!<br />
I had been using a very strict high protein (3.0 grams per LB.)diet with very minimal carbs,As I was leaning out at the same time,My crash was due to no where near enough carbs to satisfy the pheraplex in the diesel.<br />
Now keep in mind that I was also using Forged burner<br />
that nathan sent me to try,As well as stacking 50mg. of<br />
effedrine 200mg. caffiene from vivarin and the usual 325mg. asprin.<br />
Now even though I love the buzz of stims My crash could not even be help out with all the crack as my buddy RAHL calls it (E/C/A &amp; burner)that I was using.<br />
<br />
I was literally crashing mid morning (i get up at 4am)<br />
So badly I would begin to fall asleep!I originally thought it was my blood sugar and went to medical at work and had it tested !It was perfect 81.<br />
So I turned to the family here and found that I screwed<br />
up my mistake,Not enough carbs.....<br />
So I began adding more carbs and BAM!<br />
My strength went through the roof example...squats 285lbs.for sets 0f 12 no shit!<br />
All my lifts took off!I began to lean out more became more vascular and literally thickened up with in a week to noticable changes.<br />
Week 3 I also shot my 2 fingers on my left hand with a nail gun! Enter first Hiccup.<br />
So time off for recovery because I could not close my hand.At this point I dropped the diesel back to 2 caps per day to just preserve my gains thus far!.<br />
Week and a half later I managed to hang on to a barbell and began to train again.Back to 3 caps per day and finished up the diesel and started the epistrong in I beleive was week 6.<br />
3 caps per day still making good gains at week 7 I began to take 4 caps per day of epi.<br />
I got so hard and pumped while working out it was bordering on painfull.But the strength was sick I was rowing the whole stack for sets of 15 as god is my witness!<br />
Week 8 enter HICCUP #2 I found a hole in my roof and bhad to stop training again,The roof took me 2 weeks to strip - replace rotten wood - and re shingle<br />
before it was completed,Now all this work out put to finish this roof as quickly as I did was fucking grueling but a serious workout none the less,And the weather was HOT! The hottest day on the roof was 137 degrees.The day before finishing we had tornados in the area,Within 6 miles from me.<br />
Well roof completed 4 days to vacation epistrong completed,Post cycle started.<br />
<br />
So even though I had all this BULLSHIT happen I was still able to gain 11 solid pounds of no doubts MUSCLE.<br />
Almost complete of PCT and still holding my 11 LBS. I also dropped 2 inches in my waist and I believe 1.5% body fat from 15.5% to 14%.<br />
Only sides to mention:<br />
could not sleep well while using burner<br />
The bad carb crash<br />
Pretty sore joints while using the epi.<br />
<br />
POSITIVES:<br />
11 lbs. muscle<br />
1.5% loss of bodyfat<br />
vascularity<br />
3/4 inch on my arms (thats why they call me gunz)<br />
and My wife compliementing me on being jacked up the first time ever in our relationship!<br />
<br />
All in all a very pleasing cycle to say the least.<br />
<br />
I also ran HCGENERATE through the cycle<br />
forged liver support<br />
currently using forged post cycle support &amp; bridge together with great results.<br />
