    Well I had made a few comments here or there in the different threads about being a fatty and growing up overweight, etc.

  3. joint Manipulations/ joint Locks

    joint Manipulations/ Joint Locks are another integral part of MMA/Submission Grappling/BJJ.
    Unlike chokes these techniques are purely a pain move and when performed can cause devastating damage to an opponent. As with chokes there is both a proper and improper way to perform these submissions.   4. The Triangle Choke

    Ok its time for one of the most well known and strongest chokes in my opinion. This can by applied from many different positions. The most common of which is from the guard, & the most flamboyant of which would be the flying triangle with an armbar.

    Technique is very important with this move as it is what gives you the ability to control your opponent succesfully, and apply the choke.

  5. Chokes

    Chokes are a very effective submission used in many different forms of martial arts. There are really two different types of chokes a "Blood" Choke & a "Straight" Choke. Blood chokes are far and away the most effective choke. this type of choke gets its name from the action that causes the choke.
