  1. Rooted my Droid

    Got tired of waiting for Android 2.2 to be "officially" released so I rooted my phone and applied a 2.2 Bugless Beast Rom.

    All I've got to say is Holy Smokes is it fast. Best part is I can use my phone as a wifi hotspot now.

  2. Need 2 Slin ......

    I have been taking this about 2 weeks now and I am really enjoying it already!!!!! I can tell it keeps me from being over hungry peps me up a bit and in two weeks I have seen already improvement in my tone too!!!! I am training 6 days a week 2 x a day 5 days a week 6am to 7am and 4pm to 5pm mon to fri … sat 9am till noon and off Sunday I change body part every day and cardio in the am every week day treadmill incline of 15% for 45 min at 4mph.. Then 2 nights a week I have a cardio class kickboxing, ...

  3. Sciatic strain

    I irritated my sciatic nerve last friday and have been trying to let it heal since then. Its hard to stay out of the gym, but the pain is getting better everyday. I am going to wait until it is completely healed because serious problems can arise if you train with this.

    Even though I havent been able to train, I am still loosing fat and retaining muscle on my current diet and cycle. Im trying to stay positive and keep icing my back allll ddaaayyy.

  4. Cycle Success

    I have been running meridia/t3 for about 3 weeks now and I am still loosing 2-3 lbs per week! If I can keep this up for another 6 weeks, I will def enter some local competitions in august and september.
